COVID-19

Until further notice, we are implementing the following policies:

  1. Masks are required to be worn by any visitor or service may be denied.
  2. All persons entering our building will be screened for COVID-19. This may include temperature and symptom checks. Please note, our office does not provide COVID-19 testing.
  3. We kindly ask all patients to check-in by phone, once arriving at our location, and to wait in their car until their room is available.
  4. No visitors may attend appointments with any patients unless the patient is a minor and both guardian and minor have been screened. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will work to reschedule any appointment if you need to find a babysitter.
  5. Before your appointment, please log in to the patient portal and fill out your patient paperwork prior to your appointment. (If you are having trouble logging into your patient portal, call 817-741-9663 during normal business hours, and we’ll get your password reset.)

Due to enhanced check-in and screening processes, wait times may be longer than normal.
