Patient Portal

Alliance Women’s Healthcare uses Aprima Patient Portal, a password-protected and secure section of our site that is designed with your privacy in mind. The patient portal allows you to update demographics, add or update pharmacy information and view billing statements.
NEW PATIENTS:
Please set up an account in the patient portal PRIOR to your first appointment and fill out the questionnaire.

Logging into the Patient Portal:

Logging into Dr. Snead’s Patient Portal requires you to enter a unique Username and Password.

1. Click the Patient Portal link.
2. Enter in your user name and password.
3. If this is your first time using, it will prompt you to change your password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact the office at 817-741-9663 and our staff will reset your password.
